The spa’s Members-only Birch & Oak club is set to open this February, 2023. This includes a private lounging area with an exclusive menu plus the only smoking terrace on premises. It can be accessed with a spa membership or a VIP ticket for one time use. For even more privacy, opt for one of the Private Event Lodges complete with their own saunas, dining areas, and changing rooms.
Authenticity is one of the spa’s key pillars; the meticulously designed space is made from materials that were flown in from all around the globe. Every couple of hours, staff perform a “spa show” in various rooms including a Venik demonstration in the Grand Banya, the German Aufguss aroma infusion Ritual in the Finnish-style event sauna, and a ceremonial bucket rotation in the Mayan Clay & Hay Sauna. You won’t be smelling any chlorine here; all pools from the cold plunge to the Japanese Onsen go through a multi-step salt filtration system.
